Privacy Policy

Rocket Wash Laundromat is both a Self-Service facility, and a Wash Dry & Fold service. Customers using the Self Service are responsible for attending to their laundry. Clothes left unattended are at your own risk. Any unclaimed items will be held for a maximum of 14 days before being donated or discarded. Security cameras are in continuous operation for the safety of our customers and premises. While we take pride in maintaining our machines, Rocket Wash Laundromat is not liable for damage to laundry items due to machine malfunction, improper use, or items left in pockets. Please check machines before use and follow care labels. Use of our services constitutes agreement with these terms.

Standard Wash Dry & Fold service turnaround is next business day. However, selecting additional preferences (such as special folding or sorting requests) may extend pickup beyond the next business day. We always aim to deliver the best possible service—and we appreciate your understanding! We do our best to assist with stain removal using standard methods and products. However, we cannot guarantee that all stains will be completely removed. Results may vary depending on fabric type, stain age, and origin. Stain treatment is done at the customer's risk. Rocket Wash Laundromat is not liable for any damage, fading, or fabric wear resulting from the stain removal process.

Rocket Wash Laundromat - Wash Dry & Fold service takes great care in handling your garments; however, all items are processed at the customer's own risk. We are not liable for damage due to weak fabrics, manufacturer defects, pre-existing conditions, or items left in pockets. Please ensure all garments are clearly marked and that no dry-clean-only items are included. While we strive to return all items, Rocket Wash Laundromat is not responsible for lost socks or small items. Unclaimed orders will be held for 14 days before being donated or discarded. Use of our Wash Dry Fold service indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Some data may be stored on servers outside Australia; these providers are required to protect your data in line with Australian privacy standards. 6. Disclosure to Third Parties We do not sell or trade personal data. We may share information with trusted partners such as payment processors, SMS providers, or accountants for operational purposes.
